I was appalled by the unreliable internet connection during our stay. The President in Split offers a fantastic location just 6km from the Old Town, making it easy to explore. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, which contributed positively to our stay. Breakfast was truly exceptional with plenty of options available. some areas need improvement. As a non-dairy eater, I was disappointed that there were no non-dairy milk choices. the free WiFi was slow and often unreliable, making it hard to stay connected. The night meals were poorly organized, serving a single three-course selection that lacked variety and flavor. We preferred to dine out instead. The room safe's access method felt less secure, as it used the same card as the bedroom door. the staff were friendly and attentive, absolutely enhancing our experience, but the restaurant's meal limitations and the WiFi issues should be addressed for a better stay.

Location is super, right by the old town—easy stroll to all the sights. Room was huge and the aircon kept things chill! Not a lekker brekkie spread, but it filled the gap. Staff were friendly enough, made us feel at home.
WiFi was a bit patchy, had to trek to the lobby for decent connection.
